Return & Refund Policy
At Bao Bao, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer easy returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items:

Gift cards.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
2. Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@shopbaobao.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or sent in error.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@shopbaobao.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
